The “Hillbilly Hollow Mud Races” were held in Marlinton, WV the identical weekend of their nearby festival “Pioneer Days.” The pit didn’t appear also fascinating at 1st, but as soon as the mud at the bottom of it received churned up the action heated up. That’s the difference between mud racing and mud Bogging…Mud races do not have very deep mud at all, just enough to make it slick, mud bogs are when it’s so deep hardly anyone makes it through
