Ron Adams of Ron’s Towing, 1405 N. Kickapoo St., and R.J. Cuttill of Decatur joined forces in 2009 to found Redneck Mudslingers and Up All Nite Motorsports, two mud bog clubs that sought to bring back the motor sport to the Menard County Fair after an 18 year absence.
